建筑隔墙用轻质条板及其连接件的抗震设计探讨 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,在"深化墙材革新、大力发展装配式建筑"的行业导向下,轻质条板正大规模地应用于装配式建筑的隔墙中。本文基于《非结构构件抗震设计规范》(JGJ 339-2015)中的抗震设计规定与抗震设计方法,对现行产品标准和图集中规定的轻质条板及其连接件的抗震性能参数进行了验算,提出目前轻质条板隔墙工程设计中存在连接件和轻质条板抗震承载力不足的问题,探讨了下一步改进方向与措施,包括轻质条板企口改进研究、注重轻质条板抗弯破坏荷载验算、增加U型抗震卡件厚度等。 In recent years, lightweight panels have been used in the partition walls of buildings on a big scale, under the industrial guidance of "deepening wall material innovation and vigorously developing prefabricated buildings".Based on the code for seismic design of non-structural components(JGJ 339-2015), the aseismic checking was performed about the performance parameters of lightweight panels and their connectors in the national current standards in the paper. Then, the problem of insufficient seismic bearing capacity of connector and lightweight panel in engineering design was put forward, and the next improved orientations and approaches were discussed finally, including improving the out heed and inter orifice on lightweight panel,pay attention to checking the flexural failure load of lightweight panel,increasing the thickness of U-type connector, etc.
