创伤性骨折患者疾病不确定感和自我效能的关系分析

Analysis of relationship between disease uncertainty and self-efficacy in patients with traumatic fractures

目的探讨创伤性骨折患者疾病不确定感和自我效能的关系,旨在提高创伤性骨折治疗护理效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月我院接受治疗的86例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,评估所有疾病不确定感,比较不同疾病不确定感水平自我效能水平,并使用Pearson法分析疾病不确定感与自我效能的相关性。结果不同患者疾病不确定感水平的自我效能评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病不确定感各条目与自我效能均呈负相关关系。结论创伤性骨折患者疾病不确定感与自我效能呈负相关关系,临床上应该加以重视。

Objective To explore the relationship between disease uncertainty and self-efficacy in patients with traumatic fractures,aiming to improve the nursing effect of traumatic fracture treatment.Methods We selected 86 cases of patients with traumatic fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 as the study subjects,all the uncertainties of all diseases were evaluated,and the self-efficacy levels of uncertainty level of different diseases were compared and the Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between disease uncertainty and self-efficacy.Results The difference in the self-efficacy scores of different patients'levels of disease uncertainty was statistically significant(P<0.05),and each item of disease uncertainty was negatively correlated with self-efficacy.Conclusion The patients with traumatic fractures had a negative correlation between disease uncertainty and self-efficacy,which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
