中医辨证施护对老年COPD急性发作期患者临床症状及预后的影响

Effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for clinical symptoms and prognosis of elderly patients with acute COPD

目的探讨中医辨证施护对老年COPD急性发作期患者临床症状及预后的影响。方法选取我院2017年4月至2019年2月60例老年COPD急性发作期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西医护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医辨证施护。比较两组患者中医症候积分评分、肺功能指标、临床症状改善及住院状况。结果治疗后观察组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FEV 1,FEV 1/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效排痰时间、感染控制时间、痰鸣音消失时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年COPD急性发作期患者实施中医辨证施护可有效改善临床症状,增强肺功能,提高生活质量及预后。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation for clinical symptoms and prognosis of elderly patients with acute COPD.Methods To select 60 cases of elderly patients with acute COPD during the period of acute exacerbation from April 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine western medical care,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment based on the control group.The TCM symptom scores,lung function indexes,clinical symptom improvement and hospitalization of patients of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the FEV 1 and FEV 1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective sputum excretion time,infection control time,disappearance time of gurgling with sputum,and average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM syndrome differentiation in elderly patients with acute COPD can effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance lung function,improve quality of life and prognosis.
