IgG4-related autoimmune pancreatitis:one case report and literature review

IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4-related disease,IgG4-RD)是一种可累及全身的多系统的慢性进行性自身免疫性疾病,IgG4相关性硬化性胰腺炎为IgG4-RD受累胰腺系统表现,其主要特征为血清IgG4水平升高和IgG4阳性淋巴浆细胞浸润,可模仿各种炎症及肿瘤疾病,临床易漏诊误诊。现将我院确诊的1例罕见IgG4相关性硬化性胰腺炎病例报道如下,并复习相关文献,以提高对该病的认识。

IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is a chronic and progressive autoimmune disease involving multiple systems throughout the body.IgG4-associated sclerosing pancreatitis is a manifestation of the pancreatic system affected by IgG4-RD.Its main characteristics are the increase of serum IgG4 level and the infiltration of IgG4 positive lymphoplasmacytes,which can mimic various inflammation and tumor diseases,and are easily misdiagnosed clinically.A rare case of IgG4-associated sclerosing pancreatitis diagnosed in our hospital was reported as follows,and relevant literature was reviewed to improve the understanding of this disease.
