静脉硬化性结肠炎1例报道

Idiopathic mesenteric phlebosclerosis:one case report

静脉硬化性结肠炎(idiopathic mesenteric phlebosclerosis,IMP)又称特发性肠系膜静脉硬化病或特发性肠系膜静脉性肠炎,是以肠系膜上静脉分支及结肠壁静脉管壁广泛钙化并右半结肠壁增厚为主要特征的一种罕见的缺血性结肠炎。现报道1例南通大学第二附属医院消化内科收治的IMP患者。

Idiopathic mesenteric phlebosclerosis(IMP),is also known as idiopathic mesenteric venous sclerosis or idiopathic mesenteric venous enteritis,it is a rare ischemic colitis characterized by extensive calcification of the superior mesenteric vein branches and the wall of the colonic vein and thickening of the right half of the colonic wall.An IMP patient admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University was reported.
