抗磷脂抗体综合征致Addison病1例报道 被引量：1

A case of Addison′s disease caused by antiphospholipid syndrome

摘要 抗磷脂抗体综合征(APS)是一种以反复发生动、静脉血栓栓塞为特点的疾病.血栓发生在不同的器官会造成相应的器官功能障碍,如血栓发生在肠系膜动脉,表现为显著腹痛,且通常症状重,体征轻;如血栓发生在肾上腺动静脉,表现为肾上腺皮质功能不全.APS发病率不高,受累器官多,病情表现复杂,极易误诊、漏诊.现报道1例病情复杂、反复住院的APS,以提高对该病的认识.
