空间对接锁系精密钢索张拉形变规律试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对空间对接锁系装配预紧载荷施加过程中,受其钢索蠕变、内部丝、股及绳轮间摩擦和转角等因素影响导致张力松弛而影响其对接同步性及装配效率问题,基于对接锁系装配工况,对钢索不同时间间隔加载方式的形变行为进行了试验研究。通过分别对预张拉处理方式、加载保压时间及转角影响的分析,建立了以不同时间间隔加载方式下对应的钢索预紧载荷与其形变间的数学方程。在锁系装配中,根据此方程对其钢索预紧载荷的损失值进行相应地预测及补偿,这对提高装配效率,确保其同步性对接具有一定的参考价值。 In the assembly of the space docking locks with the preload applied to their cable,both the docking synchronous accuracy and the assembly efficiency are influenced by the tension relaxing due to the cable creep,the friction between the wire strands and the sheaves,and the angle etc.For this reason,the deformation behavior of the cable under preload loaded with different time intervals was studied by experiments.The effects of the pre-tensioning,the load holding time and the angle were analyzed and a mathematical equation between the cable deformation and preload loaded with different time intervals was obtained.In the assembly of the docking locks,the preload loss of the cable can be predicted and compensated correspondingly according to this equation.The study is of certain reference value for improving the assembly efficiency and ensuring the synchronous accuracy of the docking locks.
