摘要
为辅助航天员克服服内气压的影响,更好地完成舱外任务,进行了登月助力航天服关节自由度分析,优化设计了二代登月助力航天服的机械结构;使用ANSYS Workbench软件对前后两代登月助力航天服进行了静力学分析及模态分析。结果表明:优化后的二代登月助力航天服质量降低了35%,具有更合理的自由度及负载分配;在负载90 kg的情况下,二代登月助力航天服的最大变形量和最大应力仅为一代登月助力航天服的12.8%和14.3%;相同阶数下,二代登月助力航天服具有更低的固有频率。
To help the astronauts to overcome the pressure inside the suit and better perform the EVA,the joint freedom requirements of the lunar assist spacesuit were designed and analyzed according to the human joint model and the astronaut’s operation requirements.Then the mechanical structure of the second-generation lunar assist spacesuit was optimized and designed.The static analysis and modal analysis of the two generations of lunar assist spacesuit were carried out using ANSYS Workbench software.The performances of the two generations of lunar landing assist spacesuit were compared.It was found that with the increase of the load,the deformation and stress of the platform of the spacesuit increased;the weight of the optimized second generation spacesuit decreased by 35%and with more reasonable degree of freedom distribution and better load transfer;Under the same load,the second generation spacesuit had smaller deformation and stress;the natural frequency of the spacesuit increased with the increase of the order,and under the same order,the second generation spacesuits had a lower natural frequency.
