中东地区,尤其是海湾国家是全球油气资源储量最丰富的地区,也是工程承包市场较为活跃的地区。近年来我国工程承包企业在“走出去”战略和“一带一路”倡议引领下也在陆续进入中东市场,部分企业在市场开发以及项目执行过程中遇到了一些困难和问题。笔者曾长期在中东地区工作,遂对该地区工程承包的主要风险进行分析,供其他中国企业借鉴参考。

Middle-East,especially the GCC countries are rich o f oil and gas,it is also a very active and busy m arket for project contracting.More and more Chinese contractors entered this m arket with the direction of"Going abroad"and"Belt&Road"strategies.Some com panies m et problem s or faced great challenges.I analyzed the m ajor risks in this region for the reference of other com panies based on my long experiences.
