试议钢筋混凝土结构预埋件锚板厚度

摘要 埋置于混凝土中的由锚板及锚筋组成的预埋件,由于其与混凝土成为一体,在外力作用下,其受力比较复杂,通过大量的工程实例及试验研究,GB50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》(2015年版)提出了在不同外力作用下的预埋件承载力计算公式,并要求受力预埋件的锚板厚度应根据受力情况计算确定。长期以来,用于工程中的预埋件基本上仅按规范中的计算公式确定预埋件的承载力,不对预埋件的锚板进行强度计算,大部分情况下是按规范的构造要求确定锚板厚度。论文将结合预埋件试验数据及工程中的成功经验,分析锚板的受力特点,提出简化的锚板强度计算方法,供广大结构设计人员参考。 The embedded parts,which are embedded in concrete,are composed of anchor plate and anchor bar.Because they are integrated with concrete,the stress is complex under the action of external force.Through a large number of engineering examples and experimental research,GB 50010—2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structures(2015 Edition)puts forward the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of embedded parts under different external forces,and requires the thickness of anchor plate of the stressed embedded parts to be determined according to the stress conditions.For a long time,the bearing capacity of the embedded parts used in the project is basically determined according to the calculation formula in the code,and the strength of the anchor plate of the embedded parts is not calculated.In most cases,the thickness of the anchor plate is determined according to the structural requirements of the code.Based on the test data of the embedded parts and the successful experience in the project,the paper analyzes the stress characteristics of the anchor plate,and puts forward a simplified calculation method of the strength of the anchor plate for the reference of the majority of structural designers.
