摘要
我国公共卫生间的人性化设计水平与发达国家存在着较大差距,其中交通枢纽有别于商场、办公楼等一般性公共建筑,特殊人群参与度更高,导向标识更复杂。通过对交通枢纽内使用人群和使用场景的精细化分析和思考,总结出交通枢纽内卫生间在关怀特殊人群和改善导向标识2个方面的人性化设计要点,从而指导枢纽设计并改善交通枢纽的换乘体验,提高公共交通的吸引力,引导人们绿色出行。
There is a big gap between the humanized design level of public toilets in China and developed countries.The transportation hub is different from the general public buildings such as shopping malls and office buildings,with higher participation of special groups and more complex guide signs.Based on the detailed analysis and consideration of the users and use scenarios in the transport hub,this paper summarizes the humanized design points of toilets in the transport hub in two aspects:caring for special people and improving the guide signs,so as to guide the hub design and improve the transfer experience of the transport hub,improve the attraction of public transport,and guide people to go green.
