当前,随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,已然进入重要的转型阶段。相应的规划工作从传统居住区正在逐步向社区生活圈的概念转变,从抽象的功能地块规划,向兼具多种功能的生活圈规划发展。社区生活圈是配套服务的共享单元,也是邻里感知的社区领域,在实现硬件服务水平改善的同时,营造更为和谐、包容的社区感。论文阐述了传统居住区的限制,以及社区生活圈的主要内涵和基本认知,分析了从传统居住区规划到社区生活圈规划的变化情况。

At present, with the continuous progress of urbanization in China, it has entered an important stage of transformation. The corresponding planning work is gradually changing from the traditional residential area to the concept of community life circle, from the abstract functional plot planning to the multi-functional life circle planning. Community life circle is the sharing unit of supporting services and the community field of neighborhood perception. It not only improves the hardware service level, but also creates a more harmonious and inclusive sense of community. This paper expounds the limitations of traditional residential areas, the main connotation and basic cognition of community life circle, and analyzes the changes from traditional residential area planning to community life circle planning.
