网络视频监控系统在高速公路长隧道施工中的运用研究

Research on the Application of Network Video Monitoring System in the Expressway Long Tunnel Construction

为保证高速公路隧道项目施工质量及过程安全性,过往很多业内人士都提出了安装视频监控系统的建议,该系统使用阶段有效应对了人力资源配置不足、监管不到位、问题发现不及时以及事故取证难度大等现实问题,实现了对项目质量安全管理的动态式评估与监督。论文结合具体工程案例,重点探究了视频监控系统在工程隧道施工阶段的实践应用,希望对推广该系统有一定助益,以利于整体提升我国公路隧道施工的质量以及过程安全。

In order to ensure the construction quality and process safety of the highway tunnel project,many people in the industry have put forward suggestions on the installation of video monitoring system in the past.The system can effectively deal with the practical problems such as insufficient human resource allocation,inadequate supervision,untimely problem discovery and the difficulty of accident evidence collection,and realize the dynamic evaluation and supervision of project quality and safety management.Combined with specific engineering cases,this paper focuses on the practical application of video monitoring system in the construction stage of engineering tunnel,hoping to be helpful to promote the system,so as to improve the quality of highway tunnel construction and process safety in China as a whole.
