摘要 随着我国经济社会的不断发展,城市基础交通建设不断完善,公路和桥梁施工技术也得到不断发展。随着施工技术不断提高,薄壁空心墩工艺在基础建设工程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。薄壁空心墩施工过程中主要有翻模工艺、滑模工艺和爬模工艺,根据近些年对工艺的应用和对比发现翻模施工技术具有广阔的应用前景。论文结合济源至洛阳西高速公路砚瓦河1号大桥工程案例,对薄壁空心墩工艺进行分析,并提出相应方法和施工建议。 With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,urban infrastructure construction is constantly improved,and the construction technology of roads and bridges is also constantly developed.With the continuous improvement of construction technology,thin-walled hollow pier technology plays an increasingly important role in infrastructure construction.In the construction process of thin-walled hollow pier,there are mainly turnover formwork technology,slipform technology and climbing formwork technology.According to the application and comparison of the technology in recent years,it is found that turnover formwork construction technology has a broad application prospect.Based on the case study of Yanwa River bridge No.1 of Jiyuan to Luoyang West expressway,the paper analyzes the technology of thin-walled hollow pier and puts forward corresponding methods and construction suggestions.
