摘要
大跨度钢结构桁架施工具有难度大、危险性高等特点,如何优化钢结构桁架施工工艺,以达到降低安全风险、节约成本、缩短工期的目的,是我们需要重点探索和思考的方向。论文从胎架支撑体系的调整、胎架设置工艺的优化、卸载方式及顺序的改良等方面着手,对大跨度钢桁架施工工艺进行优化,最终取得了很好的成效,具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
The construction of long-span steel truss has the characteristics of great difficulty and high risk.How to optimize the construction technology of steel truss to reduce the safety risk,save the cost and shorten the construction period is the direction we need to focus on.In this paper,from the adjustment of jig support system,optimization of jig setting process,improvement of unloading mode and sequence,the construction process of large-span steel truss is optimized,and good results are achieved,which has certain reference and promotion value.
