煤层气深井绳索取芯问题与改进

摘要 近年来,随着煤层气大力勘探与开发,绳索取芯施工工艺不断成熟,煤层气勘探井深度不断加深,尤其是在超1500m垂深,为保证提心速度,减少样品含气量逃逸,取得相对准确的分析数据,绳索取芯工艺重要性尤为突出。但现有市场上研发绳索取芯工具主要是面向煤田勘探这一类市场,大口径绳索取芯工具在应用过程中出现内管总成冲击力过大而导致悬挂系统出现配合过盈而卡死问题,以及打捞成功但无法上提需要解卡,而解卡器下不到设计位置,造成材料及工程时效浪费,为此,论文通过实践针对这2个问题进行相关改进。 In recent years,with the vigorous exploration and development of coalbed methane,the construction technology of rope coring is maturing,and the depth of coalbed methane exploration wells is deepening,especially in the vertical depth of more than 1500 m.In order to ensure the speed of lifting the core,reduce the escape of gas content of samples,and obtain relatively accurate analysis data,the importance of rope coring technology is particularly prominent.However,the existing market research and development of rope coring tools is mainly for the coal exploration market.In the process of application of large diameter rope core taking tool,the impact force of inner pipe assembly is too large,which leads to the problem of matching interference and jamming of suspension system,as well as the problem of material and engineering time waste caused by the successful fishing but unable to lift up and need to release the clamp,and the release device can not reach the design position.For this reason,the paper improves these two problems through practice.
