摘要
根据江西地区2018年电网遭受冰害事故,基于大量现场观测与调查数据统计,分析了覆冰及灾害事故的原因。针对不同覆冰厚度情况下,根据新老规范对铁塔进行了覆冰验算,并阐明了输电线路铁塔覆冰工况下输电线路倒塔的主要原因。结合本次电网冰灾事故所反映出的问题,从设计和运维上提出了防治覆冰灾害事故的措施。
Based on a large number of field observation and survey data statistics,this paper analyzes the causes of icing and disaster accidents in Jiangxi power grid in 2018.According to the new and old code,the tower is checked according to the different ice thickness,and the main reason of the tower overturning under the ice condition is explained.Combined with the problems reflected in the ice disaster accident of the power grid,the measures to prevent and control the ice disaster accident are proposed from the aspects of design and operation and maintenance.
