Application Analysis of Engineering Cost in Natural Gas Engineering Project

随着我国能源结构的不断调整,天然气工程项目在我国各地大量涌现,天然气工程项目造价控制的受关注程度也不断提升。基于此,论文以中海油天津液化天然气二期项目外输扩容工程作为研究对象,深入探讨天然气工程项目概算编制要点和造价管理措施,希望研究内容能够为相关从业人员带来一定启发。

With the continuous adjustment of China’s energy structure,a large number of natural gas engineering projects are emerging in China,and the degree of attention to the cost control of natural gas engineering projects is also increasing.Based on this,this paper takes CNOOC Tianjin LNG phase II export expansion project as the research object,and deeply discusses the key points of budget preparation and cost management measures of natural gas project,hoping that the research content can bring some inspiration to relevant practitioners.
