摘要
针对长距离管输煤浆对浓度、粒度组成等重要特性指标的特殊要求,分析了高浓度水煤浆与常规浓度水煤浆特性对长距离管输的影响,选取适合长距离管输的煤浆浓度、粒度组成。并对比高浓度水煤浆和长距离管输煤浆制备工艺,分析直流式和分流式两种制浆方案,确定长距离管输煤浆制备选择直流式制浆方案,设计包括棒磨机、安全筛、缓冲煤浆罐、储浆罐等设备在内的长距离输煤管道煤浆制备工艺,其中以磨机为主设备的磨煤系统为主工艺系统,给煤系统、给水系统及返浆系统等为辅助配套系统。介绍了长距离输煤管道煤浆制备技术工程应用的最新成果,并展望发展方向及前景。
According to the special requirements of the main indexes as concentration and particle size composition for the coal water slurry for pipeline transport,the influence of the characteristics of high concentration coal water slurry and conventional concentration coal water slurry on long distance pipeline transport are analyzed,the slurry concentration and particle size for long distance pipeline transport are selected. The preparation process of the high concentration coal water slurry and the long distance coal pipeline slurry are compared,and direct flow type and split flow type slurry preparing schemes are analyzed,and the direct flow process is selected. The process is designed comprising rod mill,safety screen,buffer coal water slurry tank,slurry storage tank and other equipment. The coal grinding system with mill as the main equipment is the main process system,which is supplemented by the quantitative feeding system,the water supply system and the return material system. The latest application of the long distance coal pipeline slurry preparation technology is introduced,and the development trend and prospect of coal pipeline technology are prospected.
