煤泥洁净低温间接干燥技术研究与应用 被引量:10

Research and application of clean low temperature indirect drying technology for coal slime

摘要 介绍了我国煤泥的处置现状,对煤泥处置方式进行了比较,认为除电厂锅炉直接掺烧发电以外煤泥干燥提质是最清洁高效的处置方式。结合应用实例,详细介绍了一种集煤泥预处理、输送、干燥于一体的煤泥干燥提质新技术和相关设备,包括该技术的干燥原理、系统结构、工艺流程、主要性能、客观参数和关键技术等方面。该技术能够将煤泥含水率干燥至13%及以下,而且在干燥过程中具有安全、洁净和节能等独特的优势。 The current status of coal slime disposal in China is introduced. By comparing the different coal slime disposal methods,it is considered that the drying and upgrading of coal slime is the cleanest and most efficient disposal method except direct blended combustion in power plant. Combining with the application examples,a new technology and related equipment for slime drying and upgrading is introduced which integrates coal slime pretreatment,conveying and drying,from the drying principle,system structure,process flow,main performance,objective parameters and key technologies. The new technology can dry the coal slime moisture to 13% or lower. In addition,it has the unique advantages of safety,cleanness and energy saving in the drying process.
