摘要
煤气化废水污染物组分复杂、COD值高,含有多种有毒有害物质,煤气化废水的处理问题一直是我国煤气化工业发展的重要问题之一。文章研究了胜利(SL)和昭通(ZT)热处理褐煤(TTL)对煤气化废水中有机物的吸附。研究结果表明:两个TTL中的残留水分对COD去除效率有很大影响,与有效的吸附孔呈负相关。其中SL TTL吸附效果明显优于ZT TTL,SL TTL在300℃下热处理2min显示出最高的COD去除效率,当吸附剂用量为100. 0g/L且pH值为2. 0时,去除率可达64. 5%。
Coal gasification wastewater has complex pollutant components and high COD values,and contains a variety of toxic and hazardous substances,and itd treatment has always been one of the most important issues in the development of China’s coal gasification industry. In this paper,the adsorption of organic matter in coal gasification wastewater by Shengli( SL) and Zhaotong( ZT) heat treated lignite( TTL) is studied. The residual moisture in the two TTLs has a great effect on the removal efficiency of COD,and a negative correlation with the effective adsorption pores. SL TTL adsorption effect is distinctly better than ZT TTL. The COD removal efficiency of SL TTL thermal-treated at 300℃ for 2 minutes is the highest. When the adsorbent dosage is 100. 0 g/L and the p H value is 2. 0,the removal rate reaches 64. 5%.
