内容驱动的空间重组--烟台春晖路青年公寓改造设计

Program-Driven Spatial Reorganization:Youth Apartment Renovation Design in Yantai

青年公寓作为近几来新出现的建筑空间类型,提倡集约化利用个体空间,共享使用社群集体空间。通过对烟台春晖路青年公寓改造项目的分析,从建筑体量、环境关系、材料语言、内容组织等四个方面,梳理了青年公寓作为一种迭代中的建筑类型需要回应的基本问题。希望借由对该试验性案例的设计解读,突破将建筑改造仅作为空间功能改装的认知局限,寻找一个能够与时代发展和青年群体的精神内涵相契合的建筑范式。

As an emerging spatial type in recent years,youth apartments advocate intensive use of individual space and shared use of collective space in the community.This article analyzed the project of Chunhui Youth Apartment in Yantai City from four aspects,including building volume,environmental relationship,material language and programmatic intervention.It responds the fundamental issues of youth apartments as an iterative building type.The author hopes that by interpreting the design of this experimental case,an architectural paradigm that can fit the development of the times and spatula connotation of youth people could be found,which also could go beyond the cognitive limitation of building renovation as only transformation on space functions.
