基于家庭卫生防护需求的住宅入户过渡空间优化设计初探

Study on the Optimization Design of the Entrance Space of Residence Based on the Demand of Family Health Protection

随着时代进步,人们对居住环境的要求不断提高,中国住宅逐渐具备了绿色节能、人本宜居、健康舒适等属性。但是在面临传染病疫情时,我们的住宅是否具备了卫生防护性能,是否能满足居住者的健康居住需求?基于此问题,以住宅入户过渡空间为研究对象,分析空间现状与特点,并结合居住者卫生防护与健康需求,探索住宅入户过渡空间的功能问题,提出空间优化设计建议,为居家改造与未来住宅设计提供一定参考。

With the progress of the times, people’s demand for their living environment is constantly evolving, and Chinese residences are gradually entitled with the attributes of energy-saving, human-oriented livable, healthy and comfortable, and so on. But in the face of epidemics and infectious diseases, the questions of whether our residences have the health protection performance, and whether it can meet the healthy living needs of residents remain unclear. Based on this situation, this paper analyses the characteristics of the entrance space of residence and how these can be adapted to increase health protection and meet the health needs of the residents. Further, it explores the functional problems of the entrance space of residence. Finally, suggestions for space optimization are made, which may serve as a reference for residence improvements and future residences design.
