“清水”从联想开始

“Pure Concrete” Starting from Lenovo

笔者在二十多年的建筑实践中,主持设计了多个清水混凝土建筑作品,本文以联想研发基地、启明星辰大厦、浙江新和成股份有限公司总部办公研发大楼、浙江越秀外国语学院镜湖校区图书馆四个不同时期具有代表性的建筑为实例,阐述清水混凝土建筑的特征,并从建筑设计的角度对基本设计元素、空间限定和空间秩序的建筑语言、庭院、色彩、雕刻技艺的中国元素等进行分析与展示。为国内建筑市场提供清水混凝土建筑的设计技巧,开拓设计思路,为绿色建筑输送新的动力。

In more than 20 years of practice, the author has designed a number of fair-faced concrete buildings. In this paper, four representative buildings of different periods, Lenovo r&d base, Qiming xingchen Building, Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd. Headquarters office r&d Building and Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign languages Jinghu campus Library, are taken as examples. From the perspective of architectural design, this paper analyzes and displays the architectural design elements such as scale, texture and node, the architectural language of space limitation and spatial order, and the Chinese elements of courtyard, color and seal cutting to provide the domestic construction market with the design skills of architectural concrete buildings, develop the design ideas, convey new power to the green building design.
