摘要
本文构建了技术创新、产业结构调整与能源消费的PVAR模型,研究中国30个省份2004—2016年全部区域、高碳区域和低碳区域的技术创新、产业结构调整以及能源消耗间的传导机制,并分析三者间的相互影响作用。结果显示:技术创新指导下的产业结构调整对减少能源消耗存在正向效应,技术创新和高效的产业结构调整对实现经济增长有正向脉冲的影响响应,产业结构调整的有效性对能源消耗具有较高的约束效应。
This paper establishes a PVAR model of technological innovation,industrial structure adjustment and energy consumption.It studies the technological innovation,industrial structure adjustment and transmission mechanism among all regions,high-carbon regions and low-carbon regions in 30 provinces of China from 2004 to 2016,and analyzes the interaction among them.The results show that the industrial structure adjustment under the guidance of technological innovation has a positive effect on reducing energy consumption,technological innovation and efficient industrial structure adjustment have a positive impulse response to the realization of economic growth,and the effectiveness of industrial structure adjustment has a high constraint effect on energy consumption.
