当今时代,文化创意产业已成为世界最具发展活力的朝阳产业之一,越来越对经济社会发展发挥着重要的引领和支撑作用,大力发展文化创意产业成为越来越多的国家和地区实现其经济结构转型的重要措施和战略方向。本文以湖北恩施地区为例,探讨中西部欠发达地区要抓住这个千载难逢的历史性机遇,将发展文化创意产业作为"调整产业结构,转变经济发展方式"的重要抓手,深入思考研究找出适合自己的文化创意产业发展路径,使文化创意产业逐步成为推进经济转型和保持经济持续发展的战略性支柱产业。

Currently,the cultural and creative industry has become one of the most dynamic sunrise industries in the world,and is playing an important role in leading economic and social development.Vigorously developing cultural and creative industries has become important measures and strategic directions for many countries and regions in the transformation of their economic structure.This article takes Enshi area in Hubei Province as an example,and explores the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to develop the cultural and creative industries as an important starting point for "adjusting the industrial structure and transforming the economic development mode".The author tries to find the right path for the cultural and creative industries so that they will become the strategic pillar that boosts economic transformation and maintains sustainable economic development in Enshi.
