摘要
研究了一种新型激冷砂对铸造铝合金的组织及性能的影响。通过对比在普通硅砂铸型以及激冷砂铸型中浇注ZL114A合金力学试样工艺结果,分析了激冷砂对合金晶粒度、致密性、力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用新型激冷砂-铁砂,铝合金试板致密度由2.62 g/cm^3提高至2.69 g/cm^3,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了2.6%和87%。
The effects of a new chilled sand on the microstructure and properties of casting aluminum alloy were investigated. By comparision of the grain size, density and mechanical properties of ZL114 A alloy samples which were prepared in the silicon sand and chilled sand, the effects of the chilled sand were analyzed. The results reveal that the chilled effect of the new chilled sand-Fe sand is remarkable, the density of casting aluminum is increased from 2.62 g/cm^3 to 2.69 g/cm^3, the tensile strength is increased by 2.6%, and the elongation is increased by 87%.
