摘要
建立液压油运动粘度的数学模型,分析影响运动粘度特性的相关参数,并用AMESim软件搭建2 kW热液压PTO仿真模型,进行仿真试验。结果表明:在某些温度、压力的工况下,通过选取合理型号的液压油,可显著改善PTO系统的运行稳定性和效率。
This paper established the mathematical model of the kinematic viscosity of hydraulic oil,the parameters that affected the kinematic viscosity were analyzed,and the simulation model of the 2 kW thermal hydraulic PTO system was built by using the AMESim software,and the simulation tests had also been carried out. The results showed that under some certain temperature and pressure conditions,the operation stability and efficiency of PTO system can be significantly improved by selecting suitable types of hydraulic oil.
