摘要
以湖北省为例,通过专家打分法和全省20 MW及以上容量的光伏电站实际运行情况,筛选出影响湖北省光伏电站的主要气象灾害种类以及致灾因子,并确定各灾种在气象灾害综合风险中的权重系数,根据湖北省76个国家气象站1984~2013年的气象观测资料,通过地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析模块,分析湖北省光伏电站主要气象灾害的指标要素,建立光伏电站气象灾害综合风险评估模型,划分气象灾害等级,并提出相应对策。
Taking Hubei province as an example,through the expert scoring method and the actual operation status of the photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 20 MW in Hubei,main meteorological disasters affecting the photovoltaic power stations in Hubei and disaster causing factors were picked out,as well as the weight of each disaster in all meteorological disasters was confirmed,based on the meteorological observation data of national meteorological stations in Hubei from 1984 to 2013,analyzed the indexes of main meteorological disasters through the GIS spatial analysis module,classified the meteorological disaster risk by model building,and proposed appropriate countermeasures at last.
