利用信息化技术做支撑是深入推进家庭医生签约服务的有效路径,也成为国家近年来大力提倡的方式。作为地市级公立三甲综合医院,为贯彻落实医改精神、履行社会责任、助力分级诊疗,切实帮助基层医疗机构和家庭医生提升服务效能,临汾市人民医院自主建设基于"互联网+"的家庭医生签约服务系统,整合区域医联体内的医疗资源,构建协同高效的服务体系,为群众提供连续的医疗健康服务,助力实现市县乡村四级联动机制。

The use of information technology as support is an effective way to further promote family doctor contract services,which has also become a way vigorously advocated by the state in recent years。As a municipal public 3A general hospital,in order to implement the spirit of medical reform,fulfill social responsibilities,help hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and effectively help primary medical institutions and family doctors to improve their service efficiency,the Linfen people's Hospital independently built a family doctor contract service system based on the“Internet+”,integrating the medical resources of the Regional Medical Association,and building a cooperative and efficient medical service.The service system provides continuous medical and health services for the masses and helps to realize the four level linkage mechanism in city,counties or districts,towns and villages.
