军民融合下通用航空产业发展的新探索

New Exploration of the Development of General Aviation Industry Under the Integration of Military and Civilian

我国通用航空产业一直以来发展缓慢,尚处于较低的发展水平,为了了解通用航空产业的发展瓶颈,探索其发展道路,本文分析通用航空产业发展现状,明确其发展过程中我国飞行审批复杂、低空空域资源不足、基础建设不完善等存在的问题。同时,借鉴行业、学界关于军民融合下通用航空产业的发展论述,对通用航空深度兼容发展提出思考,旨在推进军民融合下通用航空产业发展提供理论与实践的新探索。

China’s general aviation industry has been developing slowly and at a low level. In order to understand the development bottleneck of general aviation industry and explore its development path, this paper analyzed the current situation of the development of general aviation industry, and made clear the problems in the process of general aviation development, such as complicated flight approval, insufficient low altitude airspace resources, and imperfect infrastructure. At the same time, with reference to the industry and academic discussion on the development of general aviation industry under the military civilian integration, this paper put forward some thoughts on the deep compatible development of general aviation, aiming to provide a new exploration of theory and Practice for promoting the development of general aviation industry under the military civilian integration.
