资源共享下城市快递网点模式及布局研究综述

随着快递业务量的爆发式增长和客户需求个性化的日益凸显,城市快递网点急需更优化的布局和更有针对性的服务模式。在共享经济的时代下,整合物流资源,实现企业资源共享成为快递企业关注的一大重点。本文通过对城市快递网络布局规划、快递网络资源共享和快递网点服务模式三方面的研究现状分析,总结发现,进一步的研究方向可以关注资源共享下的城市多级快递物流节点选址及末端网点服务模式整合优化。

With the explosive growth of express business volume and the increasingly prominent personalized customer demand,urban express outlets need more optimized layout and more targeted service mode.In the era of sharing economy,the integration of logistics resources and the realization of resource sharing of express enterprises have become the focus of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current research situation of urban express network layout planning,express network resource sharing and express network service mode,it is found that the further research direction can focus on the location selection of multi-level express logistics nodes and the integration and optimization of terminal network service mode under resource sharing.
