以Ca(OH)2为模板碳化栲胶制备分级多孔碳

摘要 为制备性能良好、成本低廉的用于制备超级电容器的多孔碳材料,以栲胶为前驱体、Ca(OH)2为模板制备分级多孔碳电极材料,研究Ca(OH)2模板对多孔碳孔结构的影响。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线粉末衍射和N2等温吸附/脱附等测试对所制备的多孔碳结构进行了表征,对其电化学性能进行了分析。结果表明,所获得的多孔碳是具有介孔、微孔和大孔的分级多孔结构,其具有较好的电化学性能。在三电极体系中,在1 A·g^-1下,以Ca(OH)2为模板由栲胶碳化制得的多孔碳的电容值为210 F·g^-1,经9 999次循环,在5 A·g^-1的条件下,电容值可以保持在201 F·g^-1,表明其具有较好的比电容和良好的稳定性。 In order to prepare porous carbon materials with good properties and low cost used for preparing supercapacitors,the hierarchical porous carbon electrode materials were prepared with tannin extract as precursor and calcium hydroxide as template.The effect of template on the pore structure of porous carbon was studied.The structure of porous carbon was characterized by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,XRD powder diffraction and N2 isothermal adsorption/desorption.The electrochemical performance of porous carbon as supercapacitor electrode was measured.The results show that the obtained porous carbon has mesopores,micropores and macropores structure,which has good electrochemical performance.In a three-electrode system,at 1 A·g^-1,the sample prepared by carbonization of tanning extract using Ca(OH)2 as template has a capacitance of 210 F·g^-1.After 9999 cycles,under the condition of 5 A·g^-1,the capacitance value can be maintained at 201 F·g^-1,indicating that it has good specific capacitance and stability.
