表面镀铜织物制备及红外隐身和电磁屏蔽性能 被引量:8

摘要 化学镀铜是一种重要的表面处理技术,所制得的织物具有镀层表面质量好、成本低、设备简单等优点,在织物功能整理领域有着广泛的应用。文中通过对涤纶织物化学镀铜处理,制备出不同浓度的镀铜涤纶织物,通过SEM分析、导电性能、红外屏敝性能及电磁屏蔽效果测试,筛选出性能最佳的镀铜涤纶织物。结果表明,镀铜涤纶织物最佳的工艺浓度为20 g/L,方块电阻值可达到64.44 mΩ/cm^2,红外发射率为0.32,并且具有一定的电磁屏蔽性能。 Electroless copper plating is an important surface treatment technology. The fabric has the advantages of good surface quality for plating, low cost, simple equipment. It is widely used in the field of fabric’s functional finishing. In this paper, the polyester fabric with different copper concentrations was prepared by electroless copper plating. The best finished fabric was selected by SEM analysis, conductivity, infrared stealth and electromagnetic shielding effect test. The results show that the best concentration of copper for polyester fabric is 20 g/L, the block resistance value can reach 64.44 mΩ·cm-2, the infrared emissivity is 0.32, and it has certain electromagnetic shielding performance.
