基于生命周期的中国科技金融支持体系研究

Study on the Science and Technology Financial Supporting System of China Based on Lifecycle Theory

运用生命周期管理理论,从企业生命周期、产业生命周期和产品生命周期的资金需求及特点出发,分析中国科技金融的5种主要形式:科技财政支持、创业风险投资、科技贷款、科技资本市场、科技保险等科技金融供给状况。并借鉴国际经验,根据企业、产业和产品在不同生命周期阶段的资金需求和不同资金来源供给的风险与收益,提出构建供求匹配的中国科技金融支持体系。

Based on life-cycle management theory,this paper mainly studies the current situation of science and technology financial circle in China including five aspects,such as financial support of science and technology,venture capital,loan for science and techniques,the capital market of science and technology,from the enterprise life cycle,industry life cycle and product life cycle of capital requirements and characteristics.Furtherly,the paper draws lessons from international experience,according to the capital demand of enterprises,industries and products in different life cycle stages and the risks and benefits of different sources of funds supply,puts forward the construction of China’s science and technology financial support system matching supply and demand.
