摘要
在分析组织战略柔性路径依赖性的基础上,以中国制造企业为例,首先,研究实施资源拼凑对制造企业战略柔性发展造成的正面和负面影响,指出资源拼凑能在一定程度上破解制造企业创新资源匮乏的难题、能为组织发展战略柔性积累资源、强化组织战略的自主控制权,但是必须要克服资源拼凑的短期效应,如不利于获得员工认同、削弱了伙伴的关系强度等;其次,剖析资源拼凑与制造企业吸收能力的关系,认为个人吸收能力是资源拼凑成功的关键;最后,提出制造企业亟需采取措施培育员工个人吸收能力,以此推动企业实施资源拼凑,进而提升组织战略柔性并促进制造企业转型升级。
This paper firstly researches the positive effect and negative impact of applying resource bricolage to develop strategic flexibility of Chinese manufacturing enterprise on the basis of analyzing the path of dependence of strategic flexibility,puts forward that resource bricolage can solve the problem of lacking of resources for innovation,can accumulate the resources for developing strategic flexibility,can enhance the control power for enterprise strategic,however,must overcome the short effect of resource bricolage,such as employee may not support it,weakening the relationship of partners and so on.Secondly,the paper researches the relationship between resource bricolage and absorptive capacity,argues that individual absorptive capacity is the key to the success of resource patchwork.At last,the paper suggests that Chinese manufacturing enterprise need cultivate employee’s absorptive capacity,in order to promote the implementation of enterprise resources patchwork,and then enhance organizational strategic flexibility and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.
