摘要
啮齿动物缺血性脑梗死模型的应用使研究人员可以模拟人类缺血性脑梗死疾病,进而研究其病因、病理生理机制及相关药物疗效。然而,啮齿动物缺血性脑梗死模型的研究应用仍然存在多种问题,如脑梗死体积不规律、不同类型的并发症、模型成功率低、临床转化差等。本研究描述影响缺血性脑梗死模型的各种因素,强调昼夜节律对缺血性脑梗死结局的影响,综述昼夜节律核心因子对缺血性脑梗死的可能影响因素及分子机制,使得研究人员尤其是初学者能更好地理解缺血性脑梗死模型,为缺血性脑梗死的基础和临床研究提供必要的帮助。
Rodent model for intravascular ischemic cerebral infarction is useful for studying human focal ischemic cerebral infarction, by simulating etiological and pathophysiological mechanisms. However, different problems, such as irregular cerebral infarction volume, different types of complications, low success rate of the model, poor clinical conversion, may affect the results of stroke research. The study describes the various factors that affect the ischemic cerebral infarction model, emphasizes the influence of circadian rhythm on the outcome of ischemic cerebral infarction, reviews the possible factors and molecular mechanisms of circadian core factors on ischemic cerebral infarction. This information will enable researchers, especially beginners, to better understand the model of ischemic cerebral infarction, and provides necessary help for fundamental mechanism research.
