均等化视域下的全民阅读指数测评指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Indicator System of the Reading for All from the Perspective of Equalization

全民阅读既是文化发展重大工程,也是基本公共服务均等化的重点任务之一。较少研究关注均等化视域下的全民阅读测评指标体系。在回顾现有全民阅读指数测量相关研究基础之上,基于均等化的逻辑基础,遵从重要政策文本的精神,体现追求群众满意的价值诉求,构建均等化视域下的全民阅读测评指标体系,并以成都市2017-2018年数据为基础,应用与验证指标体系的可行性。应用结果表明,该指标体系能够较好地反映全民阅读状况,通过横向比较能够甄别全民阅读存在的问题并提出参考建议。

Reading for all is not only a major project of cultural development but also one of the key tasks of equalization of basic public services.On the basis of reviewing the existing research on the measurement of reading for all,based on the logic basis of equalization,following the spirit of important policy,reflecting the value demands of pursuing the satisfaction of the masses,constructing the evaluation indicator system of reading for all from the perspective of equalization,this paper also applies and verifies the feasibility of the indicator system based on the 2017-2018 data of Chengdu.The application results show that the indicator system can reflect the situation of reading for all.Through horizontal comparison,the paper identifies the problems existing in the reading for all and puts forward some suggestions.
