摘要
通过对晾房阴干的葡萄干相关的外观指标和品质指标进行测定,采用灰色关联度分析方法对11个有核葡萄干品种进行品质方面的综合评价。结合专业技术干部对葡萄干综合品质进行打分,最后,专家评价的分数前3名的依次是SP522、SP10140、新郁;采用灰色关联的方法进行等权关联度评价,分数前3名的依次新郁、巨峰、SP137,继续利用加权关联度评价,分数前3名的依次是新郁、SP522、SP10140。通过分析对比,采用加权关联度对葡萄干品质进行评价与实际的鉴评结果一致性较高。
By measuring the appearance indicators and quality indicators of the dried raisins in the drying room,the grey correlation analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of 11 nuclear raisin varieties.Combining professional and technical cadres to score the overall quality of raisins,in the end,the top 3 scores evaluated by experts are SP522,SP10140,and Xinyu in that order.After the gray correlation method was used to evaluate the equal weight relevance degree,the top three were Xinyu,Jufeng,and SP137.After the weighted relevance degree evaluation,the top three scores were Xinyu,SP522,and SP10140.Through analysis and comparison,the evaluation of the quality of raisins using the weighted correlation degree was consistent with the actual evaluation results.
