农业社会化服务——小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接的有效途径

Socialized Agricultural Services:An Effective Approach for Small Farmers and Modern Agricultural Development

农业社会化服务是在我国“大国小农”国情下促进小农户参与农业农村现代化,实现小农户与现代农业有机衔接,推进乡村振兴,最终实现农业农村现代化的重要途径。然而,目前我国各类农业社会化服务还不能充分满足广大小农户及各类经营主体的需求,其表现为正规金融支持力度不足,信息服务供给与需求脱节。对此,提出了以下对策:加强正规金融支持;保障农业社会化信息服务供给与需求的一致性。

Agricultural socialization service is an important way to promote small farmers to participate in agricultural and rural modernization under the national conditions of“big country small farmers”in China,realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,promote rural revitalization,and finally realize agricultural and rural modernization.However,at present,not all kinds of agricultural socialization services in China can fully meet the needs of small farmers and all kinds of business entities.This is manifested by insufficient formal financial support and the disconnection between the supply of information services and demand.In this regard,the following countermeasures were proposed:strengthening formal financial support;ensuring consistency in the supply and demand of agricultural socialized information services.
