以发展要素驱动城市周边乡村振兴的模式研究——以青村镇吴房村乡村振兴试点为例

Study on the Mode of Driving Rural Revitalization around the City by Development Factor—Taking the Pilot Project of Rural Revitalization in Wufang Village,Qingcun Town as an Example

在乡村振兴战略指引下,社会各界积极地推进相关研究与实践工作。从乡村发展法规制度、“人群”影响、思维观念及经验模式等方面出发,总结乡村振兴过程中存在的主要影响要素,结合青村镇吴房村项目实践,总结乡村发展过程中区位、政策、资金、人才及发展空间等要素对乡村发展的影响,尤其是人、地、资金三大核心发展要素的作用。通过研究发现,城市周边乡村发展更应考虑城市的需求及与城市的关系,以城乡融合发展促进乡村“三生”融合发展,达到产业兴旺、生态宜居的目标,同步壮大集体经济组织,增加农民收入,激活乡村活力。

Under the guidance of the village revitalization strategy,all sectors of the community actively promote relevant research and practice work.From the aspects of rural development regulation system,“talents”influence,thinking concept and experience mode,this paper summarizes the main factors that exist in the process of rural revitalization,and combines the project practice of Wufang Village in Qingcun Town,summarizes the influence of location,policy,capital,talent and development space on rural development,especially the role of the three core development factors of person,land and capital.It has been found that the development of rural areas around cities should take into account the needs of cities and their relationship with cities,promote the integration of rural“three students”by integrating urban and rural development,achieve the goal of prosperous industries and ecological livability,and simultaneously expand collective economic organizations and increase farmers’income,activate the countryside.
