摘要 农药在茶树病虫害的防控中发挥重要作用,但是农药大量、无节制的使用可能带来茶叶食品安全问题,并造成环境污染。本文综述了近年来茶叶农药残留降解技术的相关研究,按照茶叶生产顺序,从鲜叶、加工、成品茶到贮存时的农药残留降解进程与相关的农残降解方法进行分析与探讨,以期为提高茶叶品质、保障生产和消费安全提供参考。 Pesticides have played an important role in the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests of tea plants.However,the excessive and uncontrolled use of pesticides may cause the food safety problems of tea plants and the environmental pollution.The related research on the degradation techniques of pesticide residues in tea in recent years were reviewed,and then according to the production sequence of tea leaves,the degradation process of pesticide residues from the fresh leaves,processing,finished tea to the storage and the related degradation methods of pesticide residues were analyzed and discussed,in order to provide reference for improving the tea quality and ensuring the production and consumption safety.
