Execution of the Evaluation for Quality of Talent Cultivation Based on the Way of“Assignment Project&Product Examination”——Taking the Major of Textiles Inspection and Trade for Example

以纺织品检验与贸易专业为例,结合学徒(学生)在纺织品检验机构开展的现代学徒制试点工作,阐述了采用“作业项目&产出检测”法对检验岗位和非检验岗位进行人才培养质量评价的实施方式,对建立和完善现代学徒制人才培养质量评价具有一定的借鉴意义。

Taking the major of textiles inspection and trade for example,based on the trial of modern apprenticeship in textiles inspection company,the implantation of quality evaluation of talent cultivation for inspection job and non-inspection job by the way of"assignment project&product examination"was expounded,which would be benefit to establish and improve the evaluation for quality of talent cultivation of modern apprenticeship.
