改良式口腔冲洗法在颌面部骨折术后患者口腔护理中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of modified oral irrigation in oral nursing care of postoperative patients with maxillofacial fracture

目的探讨改良式口腔冲洗法对颌面部骨折患者的效果及影响。方法选取本院创伤整形外科2018年1月—4月收治的62例颌面部骨折患者为研究对象。将62例患者从1~62编号,将奇数和偶数的编号随机分为两组,分别进行口腔冲洗。观察组采用改良的网筒口腔冲洗法,对照组采用传统的口腔冲洗法。比较两组患者的自身舒适度及满意度。结果两组患者均没有发生口腔感染,观察组满意度(96.77%)明显高于对照组(74.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度(90.32%)明显高于对照组(61.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式口腔冲洗与传统口腔冲洗相比能更好地清洁患者口腔,改善口腔卫生情况,提高患者舒适度及满意度,在临床应用中操作方便简洁、效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified oral irrigation on patients with maxillofacial fracture.Methods 62 patients with maxillofacial fractures admitted to the Department of Traumatic Plastic Surgery of our hospital from January to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were numbered from 1 to 62,and the odd and even numbers were randomly divided into two groups.Oral irrigation was performed in the observation group,the improved net tube oral irrigation method was used in the observation group,and the traditional oral irrigation method was used in the control group.The self-comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical effect of oral irrigation.Results There was no oral infection in the two groups.The satisfaction of the experimental group(96.77%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the comfort level of patients in the experimental group(90.32%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.29%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group can effectively clean the oral cavity and increase the comfort of patients.Conclusion Compared with traditional oral irrigation,improved oral irrigation can better clean patients′oral cavity,improve oral hygiene,improve patient comfort and satisfaction.It is convenient and simple in clinical application,and the effect is remarkable,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
