摘要
目的研究分析优质护理模式在社区高危人群中的护理效果。方法选取本社区自2016年9月—2017年6月管理的15例慢性病高危人群作为研究对象,对所有参与研究对象均给予优质护理干预,比较研究对象在优质护理前后的护理满意度以及护理效果。结果所有高危人群经优质护理干预后,有效运动时间较护理前增加,护理满意度、健康意识以及健康行为评分均较护理前有大大提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区慢性病高危人群给予优质护理模式,能够有效提高其健康意识,培养良好的生活习惯,护理满意度高,值得普及并应用。
Objective To study and analyze the nursing effect based on an high-quality nursing mode in high-risk community.Methods Selected 15 high-risk groups of chronic diseases,which managed by our community since September 2016 to June 2017,as the research objects.All participants were given high-quality nursing intervention,and their nursing effect was observed and analyzed.Results After all high risk groups were treated with high quality nursing,the effective exercise time is increased than before nursing,the satisfaction rate of such nursing,health awareness and health behavior scores were significantly improved than before,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high quality nursing mode to the high risk group of chronic disease in community could effectively improve their health awareness,cultivate their good living habits and could get high nursing satisfaction,which is really worth to popularize and apply in future.
