权力博弈:话语秩序视角下警察与民众的问答话语研究

A Power Game:A Study on the Question-and-Answer Discourse between the Police and the Public from the Perspective of Discourse Order

警察与民众的问答话语中,警察话语的庄重、严肃在很大程度上遮蔽了其话语的权力特征。实际上,警察与民众双方是在“带着镣铐跳舞”,他们彼此按照相应的规则共同进行复杂的言语交际,背后隐藏着一种特定的话语秩序。警察与民众的问答话语都具有规则性,体现出一定的话语秩序,且警察通过问答内容与规则的设定制约了民众答语的选择范围。警察与民众通过问答话语渗透权力意识,双方在问话与答话相互制约的基础之上展开权力博弈。

In today’s society,the relations between the public and the police are of great importance to social harmony and stability.The question-and-answer discourse of the public and the police is the recessive authority discourse.The discourse of the police is always solemn,serious which to a large extent has obscured the characteristic of“the power”.In fact,the police and the public are“dancing in shackles”.They are in accordance with the corresponding rules to conduct complex verbal communication from a specific discourse order.It is found that the question-and-answer discourse between the police and the public are regular,reflecting a certain discourse order,and the police restrict the choice of the public’s answers by setting the questions.The interaction between the police and the public is the process of negotiation,which permeates the sense of power through the question-and-answer discourse.Both of them conduct a power game based on mutual restriction and interaction of the discourse.
