摘要
目的:设计一种用于预防手部烧伤患者虎口疤痕挛缩的改进型矫形器。方法:改进型虎口矫形器主要由食指顶板、拇指顶板、轴座及微型气缸等组成。微型气缸的左、右两端分别为固定端和动力输出端,固定端上活动连接有一可用于调节角度的转动调节装置,与拇指顶板活动连接;动力输出端连接食指顶板;微型缸体为透明缸体,且缸体的外表面设有刻度表。结果:改进型虎口矫形器实现了患者自身进行主动或被动的伸缩锻炼,规范统一了治疗操作标准,减轻了内部组织的粘连,避免了挛缩的发生,在预防虎口畸形方面比传统矫形器效果更加明显。结论:改进型虎口矫形器结构简单、设计新颖,在实际临床使用中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To design an improved orthosis so as to prevent post-burn contracture of the first web space.Methods The orthosis designed was composed of an index finger jacking plate,a thumb jacking plate,axle seats and a miniature air cylinder.The left and right ends of the air cylinder were respectively for fixation and power output.The fixation end was movably connected with a rotation adjusting device for regulating the angle,which was movably linked with the thumb jacking plate;the power output end was connected with the index finger jacking plate;the air cylinder was transparent,and had a scale at its outer surface.Results The orthosis designed standardized the treatment procedure,drove the patient to take flexion exercises to relieve tissue adhesion and avoid contracture,which gained advantages over the traditional device in preventing the deformity of the first web space.Conclusion The orthosis developed behaves well in structure and design,and is worthy promoting clinically.
