随着医院信息化发展,医疗业务系统建设越来越多,随之带来的是海量的医疗数据。在保存这些医疗数据的同时,如何得到更好的利用,为临床诊疗、科学研究及行政管理提供数据支撑,是当前需要解决的问题。本文旨在通过分析介绍大数据的框架体系,对比传统模式下的数据利用技术和方法。结合当前大数据技术在临床智能化、行政管理、科研及临床试验等应用情况,探索大数据技术在医疗大数据领域应用方向及趋势,更好地体现医疗数据的利用价值。

With the development of hospital informatization,more and more hospital medical business systems are being constructed,accompanied by the generation of massive medical data.While storing these medical data,how to make better use of them to support clinical diagnosis and treatment,scientific research and administrative management is a question that needs to be answered at present.This paper aims to explore the advantages of big data technology in hospital data utilization through analyzing and introducing the framework of big data,comparing with ways under the traditional model.Combined with the current application of big data technology in clinical intelligence,administrative management,scientific research and clinical trials,it explores the application direction and trend of big data technology in the field of medical big data,and expects to better reflect the value of medical data.
