Construction and Application of“Internet+family doctor”on Mobile Phone Terminal

目的以区域卫生信息平台为载体,在实际应用中探索如何利用新兴技术提高家庭医生工作效率。方法利用云计算、大数据、物联网、移动通信等技术,在静安区现有的信息化优势基础上,将医疗服务线上线下资源进行有效整合,建设静安移动家庭医生应用程序(App)。结果建成静安移动家庭医生App,为静安区家庭医生提供签约管理、家庭病床、慢病管理、档案完善、咨询互动等线上服务,提高了家庭医生工作效率。结论"互联网+家庭医生"在手机端的应用,有助于落实国家社区卫生服务综合改革举措,促进卫生事业全面、协调、可持续发展,推进家庭医生服务模式转变,改善群众签约服务感受。

Objective Based on the regional health information platform,this paper explores the way to improve work efficiency of family doctors by using new technologies.Methods Taking the existing information technology advantages,the online and offline resources of medical services in Jing'an District were effectively integrated using technologies such as cloud computing,big data,internet of things,mobile communication etc.,and the Jing'an Mobile Family Doctor Application was established.Results Jing'an Mobile Family Doctor Application was built to provide online services for family doctors in the District,including contract management,family beds,chronic disease management,file improvement,consultation and interaction,so as to improve the work efficiency of family doctors.Conclusion The application of"Internet+family doctors"on mobile phones helps to implement the comprehensive reform of the national community health service,promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the health sector,promote the transformation of family doctor service mode,and improve the experience of signing services for the people.
