国际双元制高等教育人才培养模式的创新与实践——以合肥学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 新工科建设是当前我国高等工程教育改革的重点,对地方高校特别提出了“深化产教融合,校企合作、协同育人”等具体新工科建设思路。而德国高校与企业共同培养应用型人才的“双元制”高等教育模式的成功经验,对地方高校的新工科建设具有很好的借鉴意义。在此背景下,合肥学院基于与德国高校及德国企业合作的深厚基础,借鉴德国“双元制”高等教育理念,建立国际间校企协作育人平台。校-企-校三方共同探索国际间多方协同育人新机制,培养具有国际化视野、较强的工程实践能力及创新意识的高级国际化工程人才,对国际“双元制”高等教育培养模式进行探索与实践。 The construction of new engineering projects is the focus of the reform of higher engineering education in China,which puts forward some specific construction ideas for local universities,such as deepened integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education.The successful experience of the dual system mode in which German universities and enterprises jointly train applied talents is of great significance to the construction of new engineering in local universities.Based on the cooperation with German universities and enterprises,Hefei University has established an international school-enterprise collaborative education platform by referring to the German higher education dual system mode.The three parties of German universities,enterprises and Hefei University jointly explore the new mechanism of international multi-party collaborative education so as to cultivate senior engineering talents with the international vision,practical engineering ability and innovation consciousness,which is a practice of the higher education training mode with the international dual system.
